The 6.4.17 release of fetchmail is now available at the usual locations,
including <https://sourceforge.net/projects/fetchmail/files/branch_6.4/>.

It contains a few bug fixes and is more willing to give information on the
trust store paths it is using (with -V or --version).

  the LOGIN (password-based) authentication and encountered a timeout situation.
* dist-tools/getstats.py: also counts lines in *.py files, shown above.

# CHANGES
* fetchmail.man: now mentions that you may need to add --ssl when specifying
  a TLS-wrapped port.
* fetchmailconf: --version (-V) now prints the Python version in use.
