The 6.4.23 release of fetchmail is now available at=20
<https://sourceforge.net/projects/fetchmail/files/branch_6.4/>.

It updates the Japanese and Serbian translations and improves an error=20
message around STARTTLS with IMAP --auth ssh and --plugin.

Note the tarball was re-rolled to include the German translation update,
missed in the first upload.

and you may want to review COPYING.
