The 6.4.34 release of fetchmail is now available at the usual locations,
including <https://sourceforge.net/projects/fetchmail/files/branch_6.4/>.

It fixes a situation where a permanent SMTP refusal could cause loss of=20
messages (by deletion from the upstream server) even though softbounce=20
was set.  Bug report and patch courtesy of Horv=C3=A1th Zsolt.
