 Hi,
I am very grateful to you for pointing this out to me. I have downloaded the master branch and will compile and try out. But before that, would you or anyone else know of an example .fetchmailrc  for how to modify the lines to accommodate this support? How do the lines change to use the token?

Many thanks again!

There is contributed OAuth2 support in the "master" branch in Git, see
https://gitlab.com/fetchmail/fetchmail/commits/master/contrib/README - I
haven't tested it. Feedback solicited.
