Julian,

you have indeed found a bug that was standing since 2003-ish or so, fix
pushed to Git, and to appear in 6.4.16 soonish.

Since I've added a few translatable strings, we'll do a 6.4.16-rc1 first
(also with documentation and code enhancements suggested in Gene
Heskett's certs threads.)

Thanks for your insisting after my initial harsh reaction to your using
6.3.X. The behaviour was there all the way since 6.2.5, but I ask for
everyone's understanding that I would really like to only focus on 6.4
and future versions, but I shall try to look a bit deeper before
refusing to look outright.
