ANNOUNCE: The 6.4.17 release of fetchmail is available (translation update and minor fixes)

The 6.4.17 release of fetchmail is now available at the usual locations,

It contains a few bug fixes and is more willing to give information on the
trust store paths it is using (with -V or --version).

  a TLS-wrapped port.
* fetchmailconf: --version (-V) now prints the Python version in use.
