ANNOUNCE: The 6.4.23 release of fetchmail is available (usability fix for IMAP plugin + auth ssh, translation updates)

The 6.4.23 release of fetchmail is now available at

It updates the Japanese and Serbian translations and improves an error 
message around STARTTLS with IMAP --auth ssh and --plugin.

Note the tarball was re-rolled to include the German translation update,
missed in the first upload.

and you may want to review COPYING.
