how to fetch the dovecot spam folder contents with fetchmail?

Greetings; The spam battles continue.

I'm having trouble with fp's that originate from some of the more popular 
mailing lists. I've been using a browser to move them back to the inbox 
but when the spam folder gets hit with 20 msgs in a week, none of which 
are real spam, its time to address the problem with a bigger hammer.

So, how to I make fm pull the spam that isn't spam from that folder too, 
while its cleaning out the inbox?
