That was my experience (see "OAuth2 authenticator problem"). In fact, I
set up my Google API account one weekend and didn't finish the
fetchmail updates until the next weekend. Fetchmail ran for a day and
now I get "We've run out of allowed authenticators...". I will try to
refresh my account.
