ANNOUNCE: fetchmail 6.4.34 is available (critical softbounce fix and translation updates)

The 6.4.34 release of fetchmail is now available at the usual locations,
including <https://sourceforge.net/projects/fetchmail/files/branch_6.4/>.

It fixes a situation where a permanent SMTP refusal could cause loss of 
messages (by deletion from the upstream server) even though softbounce 
was set.  Bug report and patch courtesy of Horváth Zsolt.
