ATP dynamic delivery

Anyone got any ideas about how to handle "ATP dynamic delivery"? At present fetchmail is grabbing mail from my mail server which is implementing ATP dynamic delivery and this means large numbers of attachments are going missing. I don't have control of the mailserver policy so I can't simply replace "dynamic" with "replace" policies.
