here is an example of messages from my journalctl

Oct 18 15:03:14 fetchmail[1601465]: Oct 18 15:03:14 fetchmail: 77 messages (77 seen) for ......
Oct 18 15:03:14 fetchmail[1601465]: Oct 18 15:03:14 fetchmail: 43 messages (43 seen) for ......
Oct 18 15:03:15 fetchmail[1601825]: Oct 18 15:03:15 fetchmail: No mail for ......

with previous fetchmail version (6.4) this was not happening.
