gmane online archive for this "getmail" MailingList not available? Delivery off but allow posting?

it is said, that all mailing list postings are accessible through browser on

http://news.gmane.org/gmane.mail.getmail.user

Unfortunately I got a "HTTP 404 not found" on this URL.

Is this a temporary offline or a misconfigured server?

I prefer to read mailing lists online not by emails.

marc.info is the last resort but I would prefer gmane.org.


Addiitonal question:

Is there a way to turn off delivery of postings by email but still allow a mailing list members to post?
