How to modify getmail to use output from python-O365 format

Hello,

I need to (and am able to) access my accounts using python-o365 at: https://github.com/O365/python-o365

I would like to process this output using getmail.

I presume that this is not supported so I would like to ask where I should start to modify things. Could someone please guide me as to what files I should look at and what/how to modify this?
