The documentation says you can use procmail, or any other external MDA.  If
you follow this list, you'll find that I definitely do not recommend procmail
to anyone.

If you're a crusty old hack with a thousand-line .procmailrc that dates back
to V7 Unix and which does exactly what you want with your mail, then it's nice
to know that you can continue to use procmail with getmail.  But for anyone
else, it would be madness to pick up procmail and start using it now, when
many much-better tools exist.

I recommend the use of maildrop, or sieve, or whatever floats the boat of the
getmail user.  You're the one who's going to have to configure it, so use
whichever one you like the look of, or which has the most glowing reviews, or
whatever.

Well, it checks a ton of different header fields, but yes, it only looks at
recipient fields.  MultiGuesser cannot be used to sort based on From: headers.
