Agreed.  Gmail's utter dominance of the email landscape has turned email into
an unusable mess, where it is pretty much impossible for any small player to
run their own email infrastructure, since Gmail's "anti-spam" features are
undocumented and impossible to keep up with.

I strongly recommend using DuckDuckGo for search instead of Google.  The
results are just as good, and they care about privacy.
