ssl error when fetching from one site

Getting mail from the server in question used to work.  It's rarely used
account so I am not sure  when  it  quit working.

Sounds a little bit like either my end or the server's is using outdated
protocols, maybe?  At any rate, any help debugging would be appreciated.
