It would help if you can clean up text like this before posting - I can read
this, but with words mashed together, it definitely takes more effort than it
should.

What "Jay" seems to be saying is you should configure getmail to use POP3 on
port 995 - that's the standard POP3-over-TLS port, so that checks out.

The outgoing mail stuff is irrelevant to getmail.

And 993 is the standard IMAP-over-TLS port, so that checks as well.

You didn't actually provide your configuration.  Please run getmail just as
you're doing here, but with the --dump option added.  Then post the output of
that command, unedited.

I can probably guess at the problems you're running into, but guessing is a
huge waste of everyone's time.  Much better to be solving the actual problem
than guessing at what the problem might be.
