Do you subscribe to any other mailing lists with that address?  In particular,
any run by ezmlm(-idx)?

If you think you'll find something that I can reasonably change on my end,
feel free.  However, my mailserver is clean, has never sent spam, follows best
practices, lists follow RFC 2369 & 2919, list messages are (almost always)
plaintext-only, all messages are DKIM-signed, etc.  There's not a lot that I
can do that I haven't already done.
