Seems to be the consensus, from list and private mail.

I released 0.7.10 on Saturday (The Order of the Phoenix release :), but
Savannah is confused about the version numbering order. I guess not
everyone treats the three numbers as individual ordinals, not decimals..
I may re-release 0.7.10 as 0.8.0 just so I don't have to deal with it.

Haven't heard any complaints yet, except with my too-fast Debian
packaging (fixed in 0.7.10-2 in incoming).
