hi,

yesterday a PR (problem report) was filled in the NetBSD bug tracking
system for ifile package [*], reporting that the checksum for the
distribution tarball has changed.

after verifying that it's indeed true i checked the differences between
the original and the changed one (diff output is attached) only to find
out that the relevant change was updated manual page..  i would like to
ask you to refrain from such reckless actions next time as it causes
trouble to your users out there.  distfile checksum mismatch either
means there is a careless maintainer or a compromised distribution file.

from release engineering point of view changing a distribution file
without bumping its version is _really_ a bad idea and it's a nightmare
to maintain software packages which do this few times a year..  i hope
you won't fell into this category :)
