Not really, except for the bit about sending spam to /dev/null.  No system
is perfect.  You will get false positives.

I'm using Martin's scripts in my procmail setup and use it pretty much as
you describe.  His scripts append an "X-Ifile-Hint: ..." header to the
message using formail.
