why does it say:  "... project has not released any files ..."?

this page looks like "the original", with files to download.  why
doesn't it go over that redirection system?  normally, sf.net
downloads put one into a table for the user to pick the nearest/best
site from?

and i'm sure many would like to know which system is easiest to
handle, or best for small projects etc.
