oh, that was i, but i don't have any special relations to lars magne
ingbringtson (sp?).  there's a subscription form at
http://gmane.org/subscribe.php, but we should decide beforehand if we
want our addresses protected or not, or if we want that on a per-user
basis (using the "X-Archive: encrypt" mechanism built into gmane).

i think lists changing providers haven't been an issue before on
gmane.discuss, but i'm not sure.  there's no form or address for it.
