Extending Martin Macok's scripts to general filtering with mutt/procmail

Hi all

I've extended[1] Martin Macok's very useful scripts to implement a more
general filtering strategy with ifile.  Martin only distinguishes
between spam and non-spam, but I wanted to use ifile to filter all my
mail into the right folders.
