Anti-Spam-System (ASS) deprecated

jason, i finally deprecated ASS, because it is complicated and
unwieldy.  also, maintaining a public and my private copy didn't make
it any better.

until i destilled the good stuff out of it, i'd like you to remove
the reference to it from ifile <URL:http://www.nongnu.org/ifile/>.
