The documentation isn't very clear about how to invoke ifile from
procmail.  The examples given say to use ifile.inject-learn.header,
but the current version does not recognize this.

What's the correct syntax to get ifile to add its header line to the
msg?  And are there any _current_ examples of how to invoke ifile from procmail?
