It doesn't invalidate my point above, either.  (-:  Requiring the SMTP Relay 
client to wait for the response to the end-of-data indicator breaks SMTP 
Pipelining, therefore servers that do this cannot support SMTP Pipelining.  
Extension or not, SMTP Pipelining is still existing SMTP functionality that 
becomes unusable with this anti-UBM measure in place.
