This patch add protocol dumping from bincimapd into syslog.


bincimap-1.2.13final_rfc2342_namespace.patch
============================================

This patch adds rfc 2342 http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2342 support.
NOTE that this patch assume you are using Maildir++ and should NOT be
used with IMAPdir.


I will add more patches next week for things like symlink() locking 
insteed of link() thats in binc right now, this is very usefull on 
distributed filesystems like AFS.
