[binc] How to use filters with bincimap?

Hello:

Are anyone using filters to distribute incomming e-mails to folders
(tipical example, to move suspected spam to a junk mail folder) using
maildrop, procmail or qtools?

Is there a way to automatically create some custom folders in case the
user doesn't have it already? For instannce, a new user that gets his
first spam.

The examples I have found are for Maildirs, not IMAPdirs. Any help?
