[binc] Access "old" maildir folders

Hi,
I have changed from courier imap to binc, and I have my mailboxes in 
Maildir-format, which i would like to continue with. My problem is that 
none of my INBOX-subfolders are visible from my imap-client. I've tried 
to manually add them to .bincimap-subscribed, but it doesn't make any 
differense. If I add a new folder from my imap-client, everything works 
with that. But if i then remove it from .bincimap-subscribed, and then 
add it again. It doesn't work, just like all my "old" folders from 
courier. Do I have to do anything more to make them visible/accessable ?
