[binc] Problems with Outlook 2000 and 2003

Hi!
I've been using binc imap for a few weeks. Mostly with squirrelmail, 
Thunderbird and Outlook Express. I've had no problems with these 
softwares, but several of our customers complain about timeouts with MS 
Ourlook 2000 and 2003.
It seems like binc closes the connection without Outlook knowing about 
it. Everything is OK when the program is restarted.
I've been using courier for several years before and have never heard of 
this problem.

Is this a known problem with binc, Outlook or the combination of them 
borh? Could I have made anything wrong in my setup?
