Maildrop works fine for me. As long as .mailfilter specifies maildirs as 
directories with cur, new, and tmp, there shouldn't be any problems. I 
don't know about sqwebmail, I use SquirrelMail, which is great (there's 
a plugin for editing .mailfilters by the way).
