[binc] mbox --> Maildir/IMAPdir

I've been successfully using IMAP for a while (to familiarize myself),
under what the sysadmin says is wu-imapd.  It works alright, I guess,
but it uses mbox.

Now I have bincimap installed (in ~) and I'd like to try switching.  So
how do I convert from mbox to IMAPdir?
