Finally Maildir++2IMAPdir.pl script (https://src.bincimap.org/trunk/scripts/Maildir++2IMAPdir.pl) that converts a Maildir++ depot to an IMAPdir depot, and which creates symbolic links from the Maildir++ depot to the IMAPdir depot.
