Re: [binc] can't save drafts or sent messages on server

Make sure the folder name configured for Sent and Drafts is along the lines
of:

INBOX/Sent
INBOX/Drafts

Everything needs to be under Inbox when you use maildir. This is a setting
of your MUA, Mail.app in this case.
