It's off. And I run "update list of folders" multiple times. 

When I run "update list of folders" I see the following IMAP messages:

WRITE: 3 OK LOGIN Ok.
READ: NUMBER: 4
READ: ATOM: CAPABILITY
READ: EOL
WRITE: * CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 UIDPLUS CHILDREN NAMESPACE THREAD=ORDEREDSUBJECT THREAD=REFERENCES SORT QUOTA IDLE AUTH=PLAIN ACL ACL2=UNION ENABLE UTF8=ACCEPT
4 OK CAPABILITY completed
READ: NUMBER: 5
READ: ATOM: LIST
READ: QUOTED_STRING:
READ: QUOTED_STRING: Maildir.*
READ: EOL
WRITE: 5 OK LIST completed

As my mail is in ~/Mail/, does this mean K-9 is looking in ~/Maildir/?

(And if there are some fine docs I'm supposed to read, pointers are welcome).
