Missing dkim signature in autoresponse

Hello, We are using zdkim to sign outgoing mail in Courier. Email sended by smtp are well signed. Now i just discovered that when we used autoresponse in a mailfilter (just like created by sqwebmail for example), the response message is not signed by DKIM. So, my question is, for those who use zdkim, are you able to sign your automatic responses and if yes how ?
