Filter ownership

Hi Sam,

The courierfilter(8) man page doesn't suggest that filters and Courier 
executables share the same ownership.  I don't remember why I've been setting 
filters ownership to courier:courier.  Is there a reason to do so?

Not hardcoding ownership came unnoticed.  I got no error for not removing 
--with-mailuser and --with-mailgroup options from my configure call.  And 
courier-config still reports them.  What would be the best place to set those 
uid:gid, on installing authlib?  I'd guess it'd be a nightmare to change them 
after installation, and see no reason why one would want to do so...
