Just that the basic use cases: that mail with 8-bit content gets correctly reencoded in quoted printable for someone that does not have 8BITMIME. And quoted printable that does or does not have encoded 8-bit content is left alone. This change only affects the logic that determines whether the message needs transcoding. There's no change to the logic that actually goes with it. I'm confident that this'll work, but it's always good to check.
