It's gone.

Correct.

Fortunately, the scripting that runs during the update resets the TCPDOPTS  
setting to the default one, on this upgrade, removing the "-noidentlookup"  
option from the old setting. The old setting will be left commented out, for  
consultation purposes and reference.

This, of course, hinges on the fact that the documented process for updating  
Courier is diligently followed…
