This program is called from the .courier file that is should create. :)

This procedure only works if all deliveries use the same virtual home 
dir as courier would not call anything before the .courier file is created.

You are right with this but that's not the point:
You alter the address. Unconfigurable and unconditional. Plusses are 
taken away from any further processing.
