Pythonfilter issues

Hello,

I hope to reach Gordon Messmer here and - if desired - start a public 
discussion about my proposed contributions.

We use Pythonfilter for a long term and we just stumbled upon the fact 
that the dnswl-Module does not fulfill its purpose any more.

I have two issues with the dnswl module:
- dnswl.org does support IPv6 now and many servers use IPv6, so it's sad 
that it's not working
- dnswl.org often blocks us (we should not hit the limit but anyway), 
which leads to return value 127.0.0.255. The pythonfilter module accepts 
every return value, so everybody gets whitelisted in that case.

I made a pull request on github [1] some weeks ago but got no reply.
Would you mind looking at it? We deployed my changes in production setup 
and had no issues.

Do you notice pull requests in github or is there any other way to reach 
out with contributions?
