Is the folder prefix set correctly? Last time I checked Thunderbird can't =20
figure it out by itself and must be explicitly told to do that.

Right-click your email account in the left pane and select Settings.

Go to Server Settings > Advanced=E2=80=A6.

In the IMAP server directory field, type INBOX. (include the period).
