Cyrus 2.3 code moved to CVS trunk

I just moved the Cyrus 2.3 code to the trunk of CVS and created a 
cyrus-imapd-2_2-tail branch to be used for bug fixes to the 2.2 code.

I checked out the new CVS HEAD and compiled it and it appears to run 
fine on my test box, but its possible that I missed something.  If 
you're a 2.3 user and have some time, I'd appreciate it if you could do 
a clean CVS checkout and build and report any problems.
