webmlist 1.3.0 Released

Hi,

I'm pleased to announce the release of webmlist 1.3.0 on
ftp.andrew.cmu.edu.  webmlist is the software package we use to generate
the mailing list archives at http://asg.web.cmu.edu/archive.  Version
1.3.0 includes numerous enhancements, including use of UIDs instead of
sequence numbers, better attachment support, an RSS generator, and minimal
authenticated IMAP support.
