Migrating from Dovecot to Cyrus

Hello:

What is the recommended way to migrate mailboxes from Dovecot to Cyrus, 
ideally preserving IMAP UIDs and POP3 UIDLs? This seems like it should 
be a FAQ, but I haven't been able to find a good answer.
