Even a generic "XBACKUP * channel_name" does what I expect, doing all
USERs and then all MAILBOXes sequentially.

On the backup target:

A few spot checks show that I can dump messages from the backup using
cyr_backup, so I'm confident that this'll work as a backup solution for me.
