Cyrus IMAP 3.4.0 released

The Cyrus team is proud to announce the first stable release from the new Cyrus IMAP 3.4 series: 3.4.0

The main https://www.cyrusimap.org/ website now shows content for the 3.4 series.

The website for the previous stable 3.2 series is still available, now at https://www.cyrusimap.org/3.2/
