I've recently migrated my Cyrus IMAP install from 2.5 to 3.4 using replication and replaced the old mail server with the newer 3.4 server. Things are working great for Thunderbird clients; they are able to view/move messages like before. But the mobile clients, Google Mail and iPhone Mail, are not able to see the contents of their inbox or any folders.
It looks like mobiles devices are able to successfully log onto the mail server since I can see all of my folders (personal and global) on my Android device. The logs don't report any failed logins from those devices either. Clients are just not able to see any messages.
Has anyone else encountered this? How did you resolve it?
